Nasi Lemuni looks like a normal Nasi Lemak except it has a darker and blackish color of the rice. The black color of the rice extracted from the Lemuni leaf which is a herbal leaf. It is wrapped in banana leaf hence enhance the fragrance of the Nasi Lemuni with their signature homemade sambal.
