This year, Penang International Food Festival (PIFF 2019) returns with even more exciting events for all you foodies! We’ll be hoarding the events so if you spot us at any, make sure you say Hi (we don’t bite). Wait, before you go, we know how frustrating it gets to know OF the event but not ABOUT the event. WEEK 1 

13th & 14th April 2019 (Saturday & Sunday): Street Food Festival (SFF)

Location: Beach Street | Time: 5 PM – 11 PM

Great news for foodies! Starting off the festival with a bang is Street Food Festival whereby a total of 120 of Penang’s authentic street food vendors gather for a parade of local delicacies, making this event the largest Authentic Street Food Festival in Penang. Now you no longer need to travel across Georgetown to try Char Koay Teow or Laksa as you can taste them all right here! It’s truly a foodie wonderland!

If you’re the kind of food lover who prefers to savour your meal over a stunning meal, then this event is one that is not-to-be-missed. You’ll have the privilege of a privately-chartered vessel to yourself and other fellow diners with the same interest in this one-of-a-kind dining experience. King Crab, Norwegian Salmon, Oysters, Lobsters and more. Seafood Galore guarantees you an unforgettable fresh-off-the-sea culinary experience as you feast your tummies away.
