He usually goes around waiting for students, but you can definitely spot him after schools at Chung Ling High School’s hind door ( C Gate). Despite his moving stall with a bike, he carries lots of frozen snacks and fry-ready chickens, do not worry about freshness as he’ll be frying them on the spot.
