Funny name, we know. That was our initial reaction when we first heard of this cafe as well! After checking out this cafe, we can now understand why it was named that because the cafe itself is quirky as the name but of course, in a good way! Stepping into the cafe, you’ll be greeted by adorable plushies on your right and super cool action figurines on your left with really cool wallpapers lining up the wall.

The boss of this place is a die-hard fan of action figurines, just look at that collection! From all the action figurines, we could recognise a few – Luffy from One Piece, Stormtrooper from Star Wars and also everyone’s childhood favourite characters from Naruto. Hey look, don’t judge us. We had an awesome childhood. Anyway, getting back to the cafe, it has the perfect atmosphere for hanging out with your friends. If you’re an otaku like us (more like the editor herself), don’t be shy and drop by to say hello!
Gaming Heaven – PS4, Board Games and Arcade Machine
Downstairs, you can challenge your friend to a dual on their PS4, they offer games like Fifa 19, Shinobi Strike and a few more to boot. If you head up, they have an arcade machine installed so that you and I don’t have to line up for the PS4, and can just go ahead to have fun at their arcade machine!
Not to mention, if you’re going in a large group, they also have board games and cards to cater to the number. The effort they put in just to make sure their customers feel welcomed and have a good time over at their cafe really does show!
Hungry After Battling Your Friends?
Let’s dive into their menu and dishes next! It’s very hard to classify their dishes into one category, but instead, they touch a little of everything from everywhere. As long as it’s yummy and delicious, it’s on the menu!
The very first dish that came was their Smoked Duck Pizza (RM19) which is a tortilla crust pizza, topped with smoked duck bits, cheese, bbq and marina sauce. First bite and we were hooked, that’s because they used the perfect amount of bbq sauce, not too overwhelming to the point of overshadowing the flavour of the duck. This is the perfect order for a group of friends!
Moving on, next we have their famous Nasi Lemak Kok Kok Rice (RM18) that has received the praise of many customers. Let me tell you, they really do take pride in this local dish that they offer and we guaranteed the scrumptiousness! The rice is heavily infused with the fragrant of pandan that goes super duper well with the sambal sauce. A spoonful of the rice topped with their crispy fried chicken, sedapnya!
This dish right here, Shashuka Baked Egg (RM20) got us giving drooling the moment the waiter placed it on the table, we just simply couldn’t wait to dig in! Take a piece of the toasted bread and dip it into the North African Style baked eggs with house grounded chicken, sausage, mozzarella cheese! The explosion of the egg yolks when you dig in does wonder for the dish.
After introducing so many wonderful dishes, they still have something up their sleeves. Presenting to you, Salmon Treasure Bowl (RM26)! A bowl of rich curry with grilled salmon really does sound like what you’ll find in a treasure box. No? Okay, maybe just for us. Salmon Treasure Bowl might change your mind though, we couldn’t get enough of it!
Attractively glazed, their Honey Glazed Pork Spaghetti (RM19) gives off hints of sweetness due to the honey glazed roast pork. It’s not too spicy which is perfect for those who can’t really stand spiciness. We recommend you to give it a try!
They got wayyyy too many delicious dishes, you wouldn’t even know where to start. Spicy Thai Mango Chicken with Garlic Fried Rice (RM23) is our very personal favourite! A huge piece of chicken cutlet drenched in their unique and special Thai mango sauce is not for the weak, it has a good little tinge of spiciness and sourness. So exciting to one’s taste bud!
Out of all the drinks that we’ve ordered, Ice Blended Peanut Butter Choco (RM16) is undoubtedly the most outstanding one. The taste of the peanut butter was so on point and together with the cream, it’s super tasty. Anyone that has got a sweet tooth should absolutely order this!
It’s a no-no to head home straight after a meal without ever getting dessert, it’s just not acceptable! Thank goodness, they got really good desserts in the house. Do opt for their Mr Caramelized Banana Waffle (RM15) that has a really good spongy texture waffle served with caramelized banana, chocolate sauce and ice cream. We enjoyed it very much!
From the beginning till the very end, we thoroughly enjoyed the time spent over at 3 Leg Cat Cafe. It was an amazing experience dining here, and we would definitely go back for more someday. Though we were tired from playing so many rounds of games, we went off with satisfied smiles on our faces. Love it!
