Not only Akha Ama Cafe serves the usual like lattes and americanos, they serve the unusual too. Special concoctions like Shakerato (double espresso is shaken in a cocktail shaker with ice) and Irish coffee (made with Jameson whiskey) are great paired with their scrumptious cakes and muffins that are made freshly every day.

Some of their newest ideas are Bangkok (cafe latte, oolong tea, boiled egg, yogurt and granola bar served in a condiment tray) and Polar Bear (sparkling water, triple sec, espresso and milk), which has the most beautiful ombré. If you are on run and you can’t do without coffee, they have cold brew served in the fanciest bottle.

Apart from their must-try coffee, they offer other beverages such as Black Cocoa, made with premium cocoa imported from Japan and Mocha Matcha. You know, a blend of cocoa and green tea. Pair your beverages with a chocolate danish or perhaps a croissant from their pastry case.

Apart from a good cup of espresso, they serve Coffee Flower Honey Soft Cream. That’s coffee and honey flavoured soft serve, perfect to cool anyone down from the hot weather.

Did we get your attention? Good. But, it’s not what you think. One of their creation, named Cocaine, is a hot latte with a dash of brown sugar and topped with orange zest. There are not many cafes that serve coffee solely from only pour over method and that’s what makes Bays Cafe special. One of their creations, Coffee Tonic sounds pretty exciting. Imagine a citrus-y and fizzy coffee. It is surely something different from regular ones.
